Karla started her journey and passion for yoga in Bali where she lived for 14 years. In trying to find a balance between mind and body, Karla found yoga. Since moving to Perth 4 years ago, she became passionate about teaching and passing her knowledge onto her students.
“Yoga became an important part of my life. The more I learned, the more I understood the depth of the yoga practice and its value in touching all areas of life.”
Karla is passionate about her classes. Using breathing and mindfulness techniques, she provides her students with tools to be fully aware of the benefits of their practice.
